These pergolas are custom built in 3/8″ increments. The overhang can extend out 1/3 beyond the pergola frame, with larger and higher gutters for improved drainage. There is even a leaf-catcher! Add any of our options: integrated ZIP-screens that disappear when not in use, clear vinyl windows, integrated LED lighting in louvers, on perimeter gutters and mini spotlights in beams and integrated waterproof speakers to create your perfect outdoor living oasis. Fans, heaters, firepits, outdoor kitchens and glass doors can be added.
